Hey Guys,

I had installed windows server 2003 on a dell poweredge 2950 which automatically created an unattend.txt in the c drive.
now how do i use it for another installation on another dell server ?
do i re buiold a cd of windows server 2003 and save unattend.txt in it ?
or wudi be asked for it ?
how do i feed the unattend.txt to a bare metal server ?
please assist.
thanks
RJ

Change the name of unattend.txt to winnt.sif and save it on a floppy disk. Make sure the boot order of the servers boot to CD first. Place CD ROM for installation into the drive. Place the floppy disk into the floppy drive (you may use a USB floppy, that's what I use). Turn the server on and walk away.
I assume you have properly configured your answer file. You may need to cange the computer name and the license key on the answer file.
