any sites like these exist?

im looking for a site that has user submitted templates, spreadsheets, etc.. related to the IT field. for examble, lets say I wanted a checklist of things to do/test if i were upgrading a pair of cisco 515e to asa5510? or sql 2000 to sql 2005 upgrade? spreadsheet with ip information for branch offices? etc...you get the idea. we have some of this type of stuff at work that id be willing to share, just wanted to know if there are sites where users can upload this kind of stuff
