Prometric Crash after Passing 70-620. Tell me it will be ok

I took the 70-620 exam this morning, and got an 815. I figure that's pretty good for not studying, but having used Vista for over a year on my work laptop.
Anyway....After it tells me I passed, I click the button, and it shows a greyish screen, with a prometric box that says something along the lines of "please wait...."
then the box disappears, and my screen is completely white. after a few minutes of that, it goes to the Windows desktop and has a pop-up that says something along the lines of the "testing software was terminated, program unresponsive".
my score report didn't print. I called Prometric, and it shows my status as "pending".
Anyone ever have this happen, and what was the outcome???

They would only allow you to take a retest for free. At least, that is what I've heard. I've never had that happen to me. Though, I fear it might happen soon because the testing center I love to go to has been having problems lately.

I mean, when the screen comes up saying "YOU PASSED! this exam requires 700 points yada yada, you made 815, yada yada...etc."....after you stare dreamily at that message for a minute, you click the button at the bottom. I can't remember what the button said, but i'm guessing pressing that button will cause your score report to print out (haven't taken a cert exam in 3 years). The proctor couldn't reprint the score report for me because his computer was acting up (he actually printed up a score report and handed it to me, and it wasn't even mine...was an Oracle exam someone took).
I'm just hoping that their testing program was smart enough to send it out before it told me I passed...I mean after I completed everything, there was a good long pause before the screen came up saying that I passed. -

I hope you can find something out man. That would really suck to retake it. I guess on the bright side, you know your material..I know that doesn't make it any better though -

Hopefully your score will be calculated and you'll find that they recorded your test properly. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

The system FINALLY showed that I passed the exam.
WHEW!
Now let's hope Microsoft doesn't have a lapse in their system when sending me the information for passing it lol.
Now...should I go and study towards the MCITP: 2008 Server Administrator, or MCITP: 2008 Enterprise Administrator?
or hell, my Vista and A+, Network+ certs count towards TWO of the MCSA 2003 exams...which would leave me with two exams left...and Microsoft isn't retiring them (and my company isn't switching over to 2008 anytime in the near future).

Nice job. I say go for the EA. It's only one more exam and is the more prestigious of the two, and you can always add on the SA exam later if you really miss it. -
