Passed my first M$ test but had some problems with Prometric

I took the exam last week but the computer froze on me when I submitted my test. I didn't know how I did and spend the last couple of days playing phone tag with Prometric. Well just now under my history on Prometric's website shows that I indeed passed the test. I remember when I passed my Comptia test I logged into my acct and verify my address so that they can send out my certification. Is there a similar thing for when you passed a M$ test or will they automatically send you your cert?
