How to WNLB Terminal Servers in VMware ESX

Does anyone know how to setup network load balancing (WNLB) windows terminal servers 2003 in VMware ESX? I know how to do this in stand alone servers but cannot figure it out in VMware. I have tried many suggestions found on the without luck

Yup, it's fairly straight-forward - there's an extra step you should take if you're trying to do unicast mode on a couple of VMs running off the same ESX server (disable RARP in the vSwitch).
