SQL 2005 Extended Edition ? What is that ?

Just saw this on my MSDN account and cannot really find anything through google ..

What is the difference to the "normal" edition ?

    The Express edition is free, the Extended edition is not. Also, the Extended edition has features and capabilities not in the Express edition.

    I think you misunderstood .. I know that ... I am not talking about the Express Edition ...

    I know the

    a) Express Edition
    b) Compact Edition
    c) Workgroup Edition
    b) Standard Edition
    e) Enterprise Edition (and Developer)

    but I also see

    d) Enterprise Extended Edition

    And I simply have no idea what that is :

    The 64-bit Extended part just refers to its support of "Windows for 64-bit Extended Systems " (the full name of all versions of Windows 2003/XP based on the x86-64 extensions from AMD vs. the versions designed for the Itanium chip).
