can i redirect http tp https without additional software like webdirect ?
i have web server publishing with isa 2004 i want to make sure all the client is accessing https even the type http redirect automaticlly to https

Yes, you can do it on the web listener.

tx so all i Need to install my certificate and create secure web publishing for the same web server !!!!!!!!!!!

Web Publishing Wizard which will help you create rule and listener. Listener you would set to listen on http and https (since you want to enable redirection). You would attach the certificate to the listener. You would then finish the wizard and go into the listener manually and set it to do http to https redirection.
