Forget about the girlfriend now Larry. I bet you won't have enough time to study for Cisco. I mean don't you think you don't have to rely on her decision of nagging or making :P ... sometimes and this is the issue of trouble. Take care.

My girlfriend is neither of those... We are both unique people looking to have a great time. So we have a great time. Of course I choose my woman over a certification. She is awesome to me and I'm awesome to her. Rarely do we fight, but I'm always guiding/complaining about the little things she needs to fix (problems with her money and such). She loves me for trying to help her even though it can get a little old.

Awesome relationship... If you want a great woman, you have better luck if you find the real individuals out there, and not stereotypes. I can't group my g/f into any group other than sweet/caring etc...

Awwwwwww, now that's sweet! And very mature, and totally dead on in my opinion. Fellas: THIS is the attitude that gets you a great woman in your life! icon_thumright.gif

Congrats on the anniversary Mishra! :D

I made that choice while studying for my NP... I chose Cisco over the girl.
I think this would work for me. icon_cool.gif

My girl is a librarian, it makes studying easy. :P Thus, I get both certs and the relationship so far. :)

I would rather have a girlfriend than another Cisco cert.

But then my wife would be really p**sed so I guess I'll go for the cert.

I still choose the cert's over the g/f lately - I could spend way more time with my G/F than what I do at the moment, but then the reason for the certs is so that I can get a good job in these difficult economic times, and one day be able to afford a house without ANY money problems.

So at the moment, the certs are winning.

However, she goes to college too studying for two courses... So she is as pre-occupied as me/

Women can bring out the best in a man, or hold him back. I guess it depends on the match up.

So far women have only held me back, if anything. Give me the Cisco cert!

Well, I'm married and have a Cisco cert. lol. It may be a little Cisco cert but it still counts. My wife is great... she does her PhD studies and I do my B.S. and Cisco studies and play with our son.
