what is the UK standard when sending a CV? Should it include a photo or not?

Na you're not supposed to put a photo on because of discrimination purposes. They could look at your pic and think no thank you

I've never seen a resume with a photo, unless a business card with a photo is attached to it. And I've never been asked for photo to accompany my resume. I assume that's a very uncommon request in the IT world.
