3640 vs 26621XM for CCNP studies
Hi Everyone,
For the people who passed the exam or are currently taking it...
Does the cisco press books including lab books indicate that it's a must to use the cisco 3640 routers or will the 2621XM suffice?
I believe that the 2621XM's support the following IP Services:
IP, IPS, IDS, FW, IPSec 3DES
Advanced IP Services
Advanced Security
But I am not sure if the IOS goes up to 12.4 or 12.4T...
Can anyone confirm if i indeed need 3640's or can I stay with my 2621XM's for the CCNP studies?
Thanks,
Setotek

Tool is great btw! All my 2621XM's are maxed out at 128/32. That would save me money instead of buying the 3640's.
Anybody worked through the cisco press lab books to see if the 2600's routers can replace the 3640's???
Thanks.
