Problems using IE in Vista with OWA

Hey all, right now I have a server running Exchange 2003. I access OWA by IE in Vista. When I click new to create a new message, all I see is a small X in the upper left corner. Went to this website here:

Website states to install S/MIME Control. I click install in OWA and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Well heh, downloading SP2 right now. Also found a hotfix but I cannot install it since I'm using SP1. Will check back in.
