Can some one please clarify if the 70-228 exam (Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise) counts towards the MCSE 2003.
According to the website below it does:

however on the credit towards page for the exam it says :

Maybe it doesn't appear on the exam page directly because it retires (the exam that is) in March ...
