293 this Saturday

Took some time off after 291 to do Sec+ then a studying break. Getting back into 293 was very difficult just because it was mostly a review. I would start reading and then get bored and stop. The only really new thing was NLB/Clustering because PKI was covered pretty well during Sec+. I'm getting 90%+ on my Transcender tests, so I hope I'm ready to go.

Security+ definitely helps ease the pain of 293. I was glad that I had done that exam first. Good luck with the 293!

I agree, Security+ made PKI easy. Clustering is what nearly made me fail. Go for it, and good luck!

Wow, just wow.

This was definately harder than the beast. I've always finished the MS tests with like 1-1.5 hrs to spare. This one I finished with 30 min left. By this time, my brain was so fried, I only double checked a few of the questions. I was not very confident in clicking the end exam button.

On the 291, I was unable to do one of the sims due to Prometric's software issues, but was still pretty confident that I passed.

Usually the Transcender tests seem to be harder than the real exam, but definately not in this case. I'm glad to have this one done with...score was a 781.

Congrats on your pass! But yeah, I agree, 293 is the real beast.
