The actual test sims are quite short as well. I had one that was about three clicks in length. It was so simplistic I cannot even describe it in general terms for fear of breaching NDA. I would not worry about length, but about the types of things you are labbing. Backup was heavy, managing sprocs and user defined types. If you have a user defined type how can you locate where it is used? I would certainly know how to do that! I had two sims on backup that were very similar and I think I got confused by them and ended up doing both incorrectly. So understand backup concepts backwards and forwards. -

RobertKaucher Member Posts: 4,299 ■■■■■■■■■■I have tried some of the elearnings, they are good but I think they can be as valuable as some good books. I would try Begining SQL Sever 2005 Programming. It may save you a bunch of money and get you the same knowledge.
