Practicing your restore routine - Backup Exec
For those of you that use Backup Exec standard or system recovery, what do you do to practice the restore?
Some servers you would not want their names/IP's to be duplicated on the network, but you need to be on the network to restore from tape. What do you do to get around this?
Do you just direct attach the tape drive and unplug the patch cable?
