Publishing your A+ and Network+ For MCSA Questions

i was wondering what they publish on your Microsoft transcript when you publish your A+ and your Network+ for my MCSA.

Since its suppose to satisfy a elective what elective does it give you?
Or does it publish a separate thing?

Can anyone who has done this give me any insight?

It just lists the name of the exam on your MS transcript. For example, my Security+ just lists the exam number as 000 then the name as Security+:
