Is there a good free-ware "Ghost" type software?

Hey all, I've got a user with a dying hard drive (Dell tower, SATA). I'd like to try to clone the drive using something like Norton Ghost but I don't have access to Ghost. I have a few older ghost programs but I don't think they will recognize SATA drives. Do you guys have any recomendations on a free-ware I can try if they make one? Or if not free-ware, should I just purchase Norton Ghost 14? Believe it or not, this is the first failing drive in a workstation my company has had in the 4 years i've been here. That's why we don't already own Ghost lol.
