SQLDumper?

Ok this is a new error for me. Turned on a laptop that worked fine this afternoon and needs more software added. Upon startup the following error is displayed:

SQL WRITER
SQLDumper library failed initialization. Your installation is corrupt or has been tampered with. Please uninstall and then re-run setup to correct this.

This is an XP SP2 machine.

Any clues? Searches on the net don't bring up much on this.

Doesn't have Outlook with Business Contacts Manager does it?

If so, do a repair install of Office - problem goes away.
