I passed 70-270 with a score of 826 and have now achived MSCA via 70-290, 70-291, 70-620.
Many thanks to this forum all who posted. The sticky notes are great.
Working in a Microsoft enviroment has definately helped me. I studied intensely for 3 weeks and I can see why this exam could be tricky for those without hands on experience.
As a general rule, make sure you know the following like the back of your hand;
RIS, Winnt32 switches,Sysprep & Sysmgr Answer files, boot.ini file (know what this does), msiexec, dual booting, ICF, ICS, IE6 (know all the default settings), IIS, Security templates
Going by other posts on here and what I saw in my exam, you will definately get at least 2 questions on each of the above. I used the MS-Press book and Measure-up Tests. I also did a lot of messing around with an old PC.
Next for me is MCITP
