    Mine works fine.

I've only had that message show up when they bring the server down.

I'm actually signed in since I can see my name in the page but the error is there. Could they have servers by regions? wow! I need to access my email now. icon_cry.gif

I had this issue a few years ago.

Send a message to customer service. It's possible your account/profile is corrupted.

The other option is to wait until it self-corrects itself.

From experience, two possible option which already mentioned by other.

    1. Account corruption which not happen as often (Not even one time for for the past 10+ years)

    2. The SVR that hold your account was down (most likely happen)

Just wait for a day and it should back online.

I second this. I had to send MULTIPLE emails (from an alternate email gmail address) to customer service, assuring them that I was entirely capable of spelling & typing my email/password correctly and that I had already done all the preliminary work of clearing caches, etc before they would get off their duffs & check my account/profile for corruption on their end. It took a week, but if you're more diligent and less patient that I was (waiting a couple days for a response), then you might get it taken care of faster.
