Your summary sections should be 1-2 quick sentences or no summary at all
Your certifications need complete dates.
If thats all you did as a system admin for 1 year then I feel bad for you
If thats all you did as a network analyst for 4 years then I really feel bad. Make sure you are listing major accomplishments and projects. Make it sound like you really did a lot of work for the long time you were there.
If you are looking for a sys admin job then you might want to get rid of your jobs listed before the network analyst job. Expand on the 2 major jobs of your life and your resume will be received better.
You did a good job at keeping things clean -

That is not a good idea. Adding false information to your resume will cause you more harm then good. One week of learning programming is hardly enough to put in on your resume. And if you are using stuff for filler it will be obvious to a technical person. It may make it past HR, but thats probably as far as it will get...An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

B.S of Computer Science (Not undergradate)
You already wrote down Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, then NO need to write MCSE. However you need to write down in which system like: NT, W2K, W2K3...
The System Admin and Network Analyst position sound like network technician job to me. Need to rewrite.
The order should be job experience go first, then education and certifications. Also, the profile used only when you are expert in the field at the job that you want to apply. Your profile is too general and not even reflect your experience which mean mismatch information. The resume will go to garbage can.Kill All Suffer T "o" ReBorn -

i.e.
"I overcame the limitations of the existing telephone system by researching and implementing VoIP technology. This expanded our telephone system to neighbouring sites, whilst reducing call charges and avoiding installation costs of £2,500."
Employers love this sort of stuff as it shows you are goal driven and can save the company money. So for your current position and previous positions include an achievements section listing what you achieved.
