Like I said formatting is there, just not on the forum. I list my certs twice in case they don't go all the way to the bottom. I think my biggest issue is that I haven't spent a ton of time at any one company. Computer sales was a summer gig, front desk was work study, High Speed Internet CAE interfered with school, and the first tech job I left because they had us use paper time sheets that had to be approved by the director of technology who liked to forget to sign and hand them in so we would go weeks without pay. I never really list my time at Immigration and Customs Enforcement for two reasons. First, my total time there was about a month due to injury. Two, not relevant to the jobs I've been applying too.
My other question is in regards to the cover letter. I never really know what to put into them without repeating basically what's on the resume. Also, should I include course descriptions?
Thanks!
