If you go to Yahoo.com, and type "Windows XP remote assistance", you will get all you need.....not trying to be ignorant, but if you want to be a good IT tech/admin you need to know how to look something up or figure it out.

yeah do a search first then if you encounter problems or things you don't understand just ask here in the forum. Most will be glad to help you.

I never stopped haha I do use Google too. In fact I typed Google into a Yahoo search bar, and it came up correctly, but not before it told me I could use Google, or just find better answers right there.....I just can't see that big a difference.
