used: ms press book, testout, and free practice questions from the internet.

i would not personally recommend the cbt nuggets, i don't know how someone writing squiggly words with ms paint or whatever it is could be a good study tool for someone...especially for what it costs. i'm sure others here will disagree, i just wanted to give my honest opinion about the cbt nuggets as i personally don't think they are worth the price.

CBT Nuggets can help depending on your learning style. They're not for everyone and are by no means necessary. I like to use them as an introduction to the material before I dive into detail with written resources.
