Question about Pearson VUE/Prometric Testing..

Hello, I just had a question about testing with VUE and Prometric. I recently passed my A+ Essentials with VUE and now I scheduled my A+ IT Tech test through Prometric. I just wanted to know if both tests had to be done through the same testing company for it to be valid? Or does it not matter cause CompTIA is the one who sends the certificate?

It doesn't matter at all, CompTIA receives the testing information from both companies and creates the certificates.
