2520 router as access router

Can anyone please give me good reference on configuring a 2520 router as an access router, also can I use a 2520 as a frame relay/access router at the same time?

dynamik Banned Posts: 12,312 ■■■■■■■■■□You need a 2509-2512 (or an NM for routers that support those) if you want an access server.

msteinhilber Member Posts: 1,480 ■■■■■■■■□□If you wanted to do both in one, the best you could do would be with a 2600 router with a NM-16A or NM-32A (16 async and 32 async respectively) with a couple of WIC-2T (two port serial module).
You would save money if you went with the 2509-2512 as dynamik suggested and purchased a separate router for frame relay. -
faisalrafiq Member Posts: 4 ■□□□□□□□□□Can anyone explain how can a cisco 2509-2512 router be made an access server in a home lab. what hardware in terms of connecters & cables do I need for this? I have 3 2600 routers in my lab.
