Sales guy: To visit my Canadian accounts, and I was thinking I should have sometime on Tuesday afternoon and I was hoping to drive over to your office and discuss future needs.
Me: Um... that would need to be a very late meeting. <snicker> You know I'm in Vancouver right?
Sales guy: Yup, someone told me that was nearby.
Me: Okay let's try this... think of Toronto as Detroit - they're close to each other.
Sales guy: Ok
Me: Think of Vancouver as Seattle...
Sales guy: Oh. Oooooh. Oh wow!
Me: Yeah, it's like a 5 hr flight.
