Does anyone know of any websites that give good diagrams while explaining different fundamentals of networking? Seeing pictures of networks and such help me understand certain things better.

The Cisco Docs have a lot of diagrams in their technology papers. That should be enough to keep you busy for a while.
I'd start with the Internetworking Technology Handbook and go from there.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

It's not really for beginners, but www.packetlife.net is arguably one of the best Cisco blogs out there. Lots of detail go into the explanations that the author posts. -

I found this site where you can "rate" people's diagrams, which they've submitted to be rated.
It's kinda like hotornot.com for network diagrams LOL....but will give you a large variation in different types of infrastructures.
