I am taking my 70-620 exam on next thursday and just wanna know if it is worth spending time on the SMS/OSD?
I bought a pdf file from **** and it has way too many questions about SMS...

Check the source that you bought the PDF on using certguard. 99% of them are illegal and you can have your Microsoft certifications stripped from you.

620 objectives are posted on Microsoft's website. If you read the MSPress book then you have a good idea of expectations as well.

It is not illegal to purchase study materials. It is, however, illegal to purchase the actual questions and answers that are on the exams. That's what you did, probably without realizing it.
