Network Drive Disconnect

Hey guys, kind of an admin question I can't figure out. I have a user who, at least four times a week, gets disconnected from all of our file server's network drives. We are a small company, only five people, so we all have the same permissions. Nobody else is experiencing this issue. I've checked everything I know, so here's some details.
Server 2003 R2
Client XP Pro SP2
No logon hour limitations
Everyone member of admins group with full control permissions.
Can't disconnect and reconnect.
Restart of client fixes problem.
Let me know if you need any other information. I've googled to high heaven but it's still happening!!!!!!
