Practice exams with Sims?

Are there any practice exam suites for the 290 that have sims in their practice exams? I will have access to Testout and transcender soon so do either of those? I know testout has sims in their courses but I never took there practice exams...Any help on this would be great.

Transender does, but I can't remember if they do for this specific exam.
