Cisco 2nd chance (coming back anytime soon?)

Does anyone have any info on when the 2nd Chance promotion might come back? Hopefully it starts again in April like last year 
I checked vue.com/cisco but didn't see anything.

That's only if you have a certification that's expiring.
That is what is claimed, not sure if it would allow it go through if you were planning on retaking an exam, worth the attempt in my opinion.I don't claim to be an expert, but I sure would like to become one someday.
