EEEEE!!!!! (Passed 297)

I guess the third time really is the charm. Passed 297 this past Saturday (809) after failing it before with a 5xx and then a 675 (one question off by my calculations). This completes my MCSE.
For those studying for 297, do not underestimate it. This was my downfall. My first attempt I did not study specifically for it except for doing a couple of MeasureUp practice exams. Be sure to learn about upgrading NT and 2k domains to AD 2003 and when to upgrade and when to create new forests/domains. Also know the reasons for why you would set up a new forest and/or domain instead of just a domain and/or an OU.
The format of the exam isn't too bad. My only gripe with the format is that if you misunderstand or do not get one question right, that can lead to other wrong answers. Example, if you get the number of forests/domains wrong from the start, that will throw you off on other questions.

meadIT Member Posts: 581 ■■■■□□□□□□I have a voucher that I need to use before the second shot expires, so I'll probably slowly work on the 2008 upgrade exam while trying to finish up my bachelor's degree. After that, I'll probably look into CCENT/CCNA during the second half of the year.CERTS: VCDX #110 / VCAP-DCA #500 (v5 & 4) / VCAP-DCD #10(v5 & 4) / VCP 5 & 4 / EMCISA / MCSE 2003 / MCTS: Vista / CCNA / CCENT / Security+ / Network+ / Project+ / CIW Database Design Specialist, Professional, Associate
