CCIE R&S or CCIE Security

I will be finnishing up the CCNP i April/May.
I want to go for the CCIE but are not shure if i should choose the security or the R/S track.
Personaly i am a security guy but should i have the R/S first as a foundation?

From what i read its good to have R&S down as it helps in other specialisations. but as you are a security guy, i assume you work with the stuff, then if so i would go for the security first. you can always do the R&S after if you want.
