Well the apple user was spot on. I like how the 8gb model is $3k, and the 40gb brings it up to $10k.

This isn't that far fetched if you ask me! :P

The next version would be the Macbook Shuffle. No screen and just 1 big button that does something random.

That was great. It reminded me of some mobile devices that seem innovative but are really just difficult to use.

that was HYSTERICAL. I'm impressed that they got someone at Apple to play along with their story like that. But true Apple followers would have known that it was a fake story right from the start since they'd know that Steve Jobs wasn't speaking at the MacWorld/MacExpo.

Oh, and I especially love the bit at the end about how the "Sudoku killer will kill 1, 4, or 9 victims next"...I love The Onion in all its ridiculous, sarcastic goodness.

Speaking of Steve, a lot of people were throwing rumors that he had pancreatic cancer and that was the cause of his weight loss. Apple/Steve finally released information that it's just a hormonal balance and he started medication which should help him gain weight back.

Definitely good news to hear. While I'm not an Apple guy, Steve/Bill are both 2 huge pioneers for technology. Competition equates to cheaper costs and more innovation. But regardless of the whole innovation/cost thing, I'm still happy to hear Steve is ok.

yeah, and I like how he was pretty classy in his response & closed it with "So now I’ve said more than I wanted to say, and all that I am going to say, about this." Very nice way to say "now stick it where the sun don't shine and leave me along, ya stupid gossip sites!"icon_thumright.gif

I liked the quote from the Onion piece, "the next version won't have a screen...or wheel!"

    (I'm sure I'm butchering that...still awesome!)
