well as long as we're talking about Anchorman, I SWEAR that Baxter lives in my neighborhood. I hear that scrappy "BARK-bark-BARK-BARK!" every day when I'm out walking the dog, and it makes me giggle every time...

Guess what, I do. I know that one day Veronica and I are gonna to get married on top of a mountain, and there's going to be flutes playing and trombones and flowers and garlands of fresh herbs. And we will dance till the sun rises. And then our children will form a family band. And we will tour the countryside and you won't be invited.

FadetoBright, when I was in school for networking, in three different classes I had teachers who taught subnetting. Each teacher had a different way of teaching it, but in the end would come up with the same result. It just didn't click with two of the teachers that taught it. I couldn't get it at all. With the third teacher, it finally clicked! The way he taught it, it was so clear to me! I asked other students who was the best teacher of subnetting out of the three teachers and the answers were random. It was like a three way tie. My point is that maybe you need to find the right person to teach it to you or the right website to learn it from. Trust me, it'll click when you find the right path.

By the way, welcome back to IT!! (Lays out the red carpet)
