hello guys,
do i need to do anything except of waiting to get Microsoft's kit (I have passed my 620 exam a month ago), and still did not get anything?

You need to log into the MCP site mcp.microsoft.com using your MCP ID# and order your welcome kits. That'll get the certificates into the mail for you.
