When you select a backup media device in Backup (Ntbackup.exe), you cannot select a CD-R , CD-RW, or DVD-R ,where I have to save my system state or ASR if ntbackup doesn't support to save in DVD , we dont have EXternal hard

That's correct if you want to backup to DVD-R etc then you have to backup to a file first and then burn that file to DVD.
