Are all WIC-1T's the same?

I'm in the process of ordering several WIC-1T's for different routers in my home lab.
However, some say they are for this model and others state it was from this model, etc.
If Cisco states that any of my routers support a WIC-1T, I don't have to worry about differences in 1T cards, correct?
