3725 rommon

I have a 3725 with no IOS. I went tried upgrading the IOS via ROMMON mode via the XMODEM. Using a 32MB IOS. When it try to copy it over it says, not enough space. When i check the dir flash: it only show 24MB Flash, but I have a 64 MB flash card in the slot.

Any ideas?

there may be, but when i perform a dir flash, it doesnt show anything on there.

But I am unable to do a format flash: in ROMMON. is there another command I should use?
