help needed please

hi guys,
just started studying again for my ccent1, im currenlty using packet tracer 5 to do some excercises but am struggling

does anyone know any site/links where there are practice examples/tasks to do.

is there anychance someone could quickly write up how to connect two routers together in packet tracer 5, im trying but when trying to ping it doesnt seem to work, i dont think im using the right kind of cable to connect them

your help is much appriciated

Sounds like you are putting the cart before the horse.
Read/learn the material about how to connect (what type of cable to hook like devices together) and what type of cable to hook devices to a switch and configure the routers before jumping into the exercises....

Not too much fun that way, but if you learn the material and then can put it into practice you will feel much better about the material and the subjects you need to learn.
