All the MCSE/MCSA exams are based on SUS not WSUS.
Its a good idea to know about WSUS from a business point of view, but for the exams you need to know about SUS.MCSE - Windows 2003

When I took the test I think the questions were extremely general on SUS. I would not stress it to much.The man who trades freedom for security does not deserve nor will he ever receive either.
