Argh, my Cisco Firewall Specialist Kit was lost in the mail and Cisco's response is "you have to buy one for $15 because it didn't get returned to us".
Nice.

Does seem a bit scabby on their side, but then you'd be surprised what they cut corners on.We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place? -

You could eat the lab manual it's about the same (with or without the plastic sleeves, up to you).
Just wait until your CCIE plaque delaminates and they tell you that you need to purchase a new one. I guess if you don't hang it up you will be ok, lay it flat on a desk would be my advice. The only easy day was yesterday! -

Is that from ultraviolet light exposure?I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.
