I Passed Today!!

Hey everyone, I just finished taking my hardware exam and I passed!!! :) I barely passed with a 531, but a pass is a pass. I really see now what some of you all were talking about as far as the wording of some of those exam questions. On about three of those questions, I swear they didn't seem to have the most correct answers there listed. The way some of them were worded really confused me a little bit. Oh well, it's now on to the OS part.
Tech Support Tip #2: When the support agent says "Click...", wait for the rest of the sentence.

Hot Tip #3: Be sure to turn it on before calling technical support.
