Trancender pass guarantee

I bought a couple of these tests in December covering QoS and BGP to focus on those topics. While I have no plans to take the actual tests I notice Trancender offer a pass guarantee. If you fail the test once you can get a refund. Is that right?

if you score something like 90% or higher on two test preps. you have to have documented success in their system first.
