Hardcopy of certification?

Hi,
I pass my CCENT before 3 month, but until now I did not get my hardcopy of certification. Did any one know any Cisco URL to check my problem?

Your Score Sheet should have had information about logging on to Cisco Certification Tracking System -- and a followup email with the same information should also have been sent. You're supposed to verify your address there so that they send your Certificate to the correct address. You should also be able to track the status of your Certificate there.

If they've sent it to what ever address you used when you registered with Pearson/Vue -- and the tracking system doesn't show your Certificate as returned -- then they will probably tell you that you have to purchase a 2nd copy for $15US.

You can check with the Online Certification Support System under the Help/Contact Us section of the Certification Tracking System to open a case and try to get your first free copy of your Certificate.

Each time you register for a Cisco certification exam at Pearson VUE, please ensure that your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address are correct at the time of registration. After you take your exam, your exam results, along with the demographic information you provided at the time of registration, will be entered into the Certification Tracking System. Any prior demographic information will be overwritten in the Tracking System with the most current information.

After you complete your certification exam requirement(s), allow 10 business days for your exam results to be posted to the Certification Tracking System. Once your exam results are received, your certificate will be processed. Allow 6 weeks for shipping and an additional 2 weeks for international shipment. All certificates are mailed via standard (non-trackable) U.S. mail.
