Hi
I have been studying ccent1 recently, so far I have covered subnetting and TCP/IP, OSI Models, as well as LAN section of the subject.
How far am I guys? It took me to read, watch and practice those modules approximately 3 months, how long time do I need to complete the rest in my (CCENT1)?
Any assist will be appreciated.

Have done any hands-on labs yet? I recommend incorporating some into your study method.
If you have a look through the exam topics and tick off what you've done so far it will help you work out what is left.

Looks like you still have a good ways to go, I studied for 4 months about 40 hours a week. I probably could have done without the last month of study. If you have the ICND1 book by Wendell Odom, try out the practice test that comes on the CD. If you can get through that you are probably ready. It opened my eyes that I wasn't ready. It's a little harder than the real thing though.Time is your enemy on the real test, you have to know your stuff or you won't make it! Also make sure you get lots of practice on a lab or simulator, this is very important. -

Still a bit more to go. You will have WAN technologies and wireless study ahead as well as security threats to the system.
As mattrgee said it is very important to get some hands on time. Learning the theory is fine, but there is nothing like imprinting it into your brain like physically setting up the devices. If you don't have the devices you can still do ICND1 work on packet tracer to simulate the work.
Good luck:study: - Never stop learning

I have few books Wendel's, Todd Lammle's CCNA 6th edition and two others, but I dont have practice exam software.
What is the best simulation software and is there any free ones?CCENT in progress
