cluster?

hi everyone, am really desperate. i have 30 quad core server computers coming in and my boss wants me to setup the systems in a way that they are clustered ( linux ) and the computations we do can take advantage of running on the all the processors and people can submit individual jobs to it without it slowing down.
i need your help on how to set it up. pls offer solutions or sites i can go to.

i am actually thinking of using oscar to configure instead of conga which red hat uses but even with that, how do u submit jobs to the cluster, and how it works ? pls i need your help
