I might go for 70-647 in the next days since i studied for both at the same time.

Nice one buddy. This one is next on cards for me, waiting for mspress book to be release. Just passed 70-620 today which is a core MCITP:EA. What did you use to study? You get many sims etc?

I would say the hardest thing is if you fail a teslet you fail the exam. For me, one of the testlet had only 9 questions, one was 19 and the other 20.

Basically, if you're mcse you shoudlt have a hard time with dhcp, dns, wsus, AD, etc...
So be sure to focus on the new features of 2008 and you should be good.

Congratulations! It's a little nerve wracking knowing one fail is all fail but it isn't too difficult of an exam to go through.

Well its done,
I just went on and did 70-647 Today.
It was a bit harder than I expected but all and all its almost the same subjects as the 649.
(Just more on the design side, enven though it wasnt really a design exam like 70-297)
Prometric was awful today, i had to restart the exam 2 times.
I was at the testing center for 6 hours straight. I am really spent now

So, yay ! I am now MCITP:EA.

Now I need to get on with exchange 2007 certs !

Lol, well to be honest I've been studying for this on and off since late Oct....
So while i could say I passed the 2 exams in 2 days, i could also say it took me 4 months
I don't think I broke any speed record there...

Having 2 young kids at home (daughter is almost 3 and my son is 1,5) quality study time is a bit harder to find these days. Also, since I've been working crazy for a while , i took a break in Dec and took the family to Miami where we had a wonderful time. (That is actually 3000 km from where we live).
But I'm glad its done, I can now concentrate on exchange 2007!
