Help me tweak my Resume!

Greetings! I'm hoping for some feedback on my resume from tech-minded folks, most of whom I'm sure are far more experienced in job hunting than I am. I'm currently targeting "entry level" tech positions at medium-sized local companies and colleges/universities throughout the midwest. Largely, I've been looking for Desktop Technician or Help Desk tech type jobs, in addition to some relatively uninformative/generic IT listings.
I haven't had a great deal of success in landing interviews (less than 10% of my applications, I'd say) so I think I need to do something about my resume. After reading over the sticky on this forum I'm trying out a new "SUMMARY" statement instead of an Objective, but I don't think I've quite got it down yet. While some of the formatting is preserved here, a better idea of what the resume actually looks like can be found in the thumbnail/image link at the end.
Any and all comments, criticisms, and critiques are welcome at this stage. Thanks in advance!
